Rock on Rider features a female rider rocking out on her way to Fulton Moto bikes and coffee. She is flashing a rock on hand sign - popularized by rock-star Jonnie James Dio in the 70s, but before that Rock on was a Mediterranean hand signal used to ward off evil. Is she rocking out or wishing you a safe ride? Who knows, but she looks damn good doing it!
